About the role

BrainStation is seeking a Learning Advisor to join its Toronto team and support its global digital‑skills programs. The role blends education, technology and sales, helping professionals advance their careers while driving growth for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Advise, inspire and motivate professionals to elevate their technology careers.
• Generate revenue through outbound calls, emails and video meetings with prospective learners.
• Build and nurture community by promoting BrainStation’s thought‑leadership events.
• Utilise the company’s in‑house platforms to apply best practices and improve outreach.
• Collaborate with product, learning design and experience teams to tailor digital learning offerings.
• Develop lasting relationships with industry partners, organisations and community leaders seeking digital‑skills training.
