Lead Recruiter

About the role

1 Clean Air is expanding its internal talent acquisition team and is looking for a proactive Lead Recruiter to manage end‑to‑end hiring across Ontario and Quebec. This fully remote position will support multiple departments, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for a fast‑growing service company.

Key responsibilities

• Identify staffing needs with department leaders and create compelling job postings.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and other channels.
• Conduct initial screening interviews in both English and French.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
• Support offer negotiations and assist with onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or related HR functions.
• Ability to fill 10+ positions per month while maintaining quality.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills in a remote environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
