Lead Mobile Developer in AI

About the role

BIMM is seeking an iOS‑first Lead Mobile Developer with strong Swift/SwiftUI expertise and working knowledge of Android/Kotlin. The role focuses on building agentic AI systems that generate and support production‑grade native mobile applications for high‑profile clients such as Audi.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the agentic practice for mobile development across iOS and Android.
• Mentor, manage, and grow a diverse team of AI engineers.
• Foster a healthy, collaborative, and inclusive engineering environment.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ensure AI‑generated code meets production standards and design guidelines.

Required profile

• Experience designing systems that enable autonomous agents to interact, decide, and execute tasks.
• Proven ability to build both application logic and supporting cloud infrastructure for scalable agent operations.
• Hands‑on experience delivering iOS and Android applications from the ground up.
• Team player who can lead complex problem solving while knowing when to seek help.
• Innovative mindset with a track record of side‑projects or moonshot ideas.
