Lead Business Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Business Consultant with deep expertise in ABOR to drive successful outcomes for our FinTech clients. You will lead full‑scale implementation projects, act as a trusted advisor, and ensure smooth delivery across the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead key parts of implementation projects and help clients maximize platform value.
• Understand client accounting processes across banks, asset managers, and insurers.
• Collaborate with project managers to support successful delivery.
• Build and apply product knowledge throughout implementations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coach and support junior team members.
• Improve implementation best practices and share knowledge across projects.
• Collaborate with international colleagues and contribute to knowledge‑sharing initiatives.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of hands‑on experience in investment accounting, fund accounting, or related enterprise systems.
• Experience in asset management, banking, financial services, or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Asset Management, Back Office Operations, or Financial Reporting.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field (preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• CPA, CA, or CFA qualifications are a plus.
• Willingness to travel to client sites when needed.
