L&D Designer/Developer II

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Learning & Development Designer/Developer II to support our client, a leading financial institution, in creating and delivering innovative learning solutions. The role is hybrid, requiring four days per week on‑site in Dieppe, NB.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and code learning modules and case studies using the selected platform.
• Build and deliver interactive learning experiences that align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to translate complex concepts into engaging content.
• Maintain and improve existing learning assets through continuous feedback.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with Power Apps, Power BI, SQL, and Python.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and a self‑driven attitude.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process and continuous improvement initiatives.
