Labor Law Attorney – Remote AI Evaluation

About the role

We are seeking a Labor Law Attorney to evaluate AI‑generated legal responses related to employment, workplace and labor law matters. The role is fully remote and involves reviewing system outputs for accuracy, relevance and client‑readiness, helping improve the model’s legal reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Review two AI‑generated responses per assignment for legal correctness and practical applicability.
• Provide structured written feedback to enhance model reasoning and output quality.
• Assess scenarios covering employment disputes, workplace investigations and other labor‑related issues.
• Participate in onboarding sessions and calibration workshops to align evaluation standards.
• Contribute insights that improve consistency and reliability of the system’s legal reasoning.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in employment or labor law (law firm, in‑house, government agency or labor union).
• J.D., LL.B. or LL.M. from an accredited institution with active or inactive U.S. bar admission.
• Proven ability in legal research, case‑law analysis and drafting memoranda.
