Key Holder – Vancouver Exchange Tower

About the role

Enchant the World With Chocolate – One Guest at a Time. At Lindt we create magical moments and are looking for a passionate, energetic Key Holder to join our Vancouver Exchange Tower store. The role supports the team, delivers excellent customer service and helps achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the store, holding the key and assisting the manager on duty.
• Support team members to meet daily sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Welcome customers, answer product questions, handle returns and resolve concerns.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute in‑store activations.
• Perform inventory duties such as stock replenishment, receiving and coordinating corporate gifting orders.
• Handle cash and operate the POS system accurately.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail sales or a customer‑facing role.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A passion for chocolate.
