Key Holder – Retail Team Leader

About the role

Join Lindt’s Banff store as a Key Holder and help create magical chocolate moments for guests while supporting daily operations and the team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the manager on duty, hold the store key and open/close the shop.
• Support team members to meet daily sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Participate in training and onboarding of new staff.
• Help with visual merchandising and in‑store activations.
• Welcome customers, answer product questions and handle returns professionally.
• Promote corporate gifting options to drive B2B sales.
• Maintain inventory standards, replenish stock and receive deliveries.
• Coordinate corporate gifting orders.
• Perform cash handling duties accurately.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a retail sales or customer‑facing role.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on driving sales.
• Experience using POS systems and handling cash.
• Familiarity with inventory control and visual merchandising standards.
• Confident communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
• Friendly, energetic personality and a customer‑first mindset.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A genuine passion for chocolate.
