Key Holder (Part-Time) – Upper Canada Mall

About the role

Enchant the World With Chocolate – One Guest at a Time. Lindt is seeking a passionate and energetic Key Holder to join the Upper Canada Mall store, delivering exceptional retail experiences and supporting store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the manager on duty, hold the store key, and open/close the store.
• Support team members to meet daily sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Participate in training and onboarding of new team members.
• Execute visual merchandising and in‑store activations.
• Welcome customers, answer product questions, and provide personalized assistance.
• Handle returns and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Promote Lindt’s brand values and product excellence.
• Drive B2B sales by promoting corporate gifting options.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and inventory control procedures.
• Perform stock replenishment, receiving, and coordinate corporate gifting orders.
• Carry out cash handling duties.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail sales or a customer‑facing role.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on driving sales.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• Familiarity with inventory control and visual standards.
• Confident communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
• Friendly, energetic personality with a customer‑first mindset.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A genuine passion for chocolate.
