About the role
The Major Account Executive will lead the Key Account Management function for a fast‑growing provider of integrated service and infrastructure solutions in the multi‑residential and commercial property sector across Western Canada. Reporting to senior leadership, you will combine consultative selling with deep industry knowledge to grow existing relationships and capture new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, property managers, condo corporations and building owners.
- Grow existing accounts and identify new business opportunities within the multi‑residential market.
- Deliver solution‑based sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal engineers and specialists to design customized solutions.
- Attend client meetings, networking events and industry functions to expand the company’s presence.
- Manage account activity and sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 + years of successful B2B sales experience.
- Proven track record selling into the multi‑residential, real‑estate or construction sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with developers, property managers, condo boards and building owners.
- Strong consultative sales approach with solid business development and account management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
