Junior Software Developer – New Graduate (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking bright, motivated new graduates with a Computer Science background to join our development team on a full‑time contract basis. The position is based in the Greater Toronto Area and follows a hybrid work model, with 3‑4 days onsite each week.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the design, development, and testing of software applications using Java or Python.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to build and maintain APIs and micro‑services.
• Write and optimise SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation.
• Assist in front‑end development tasks as needed.
• Contribute to code reviews and adopt best coding practices.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (or graduating soon) with a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Internship or co‑op experience in software development.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Eagerness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
