Junior Project Manager

About the role

Join Armstrong Fluid Technology’s Project Engineering Group and manage engineering and manufacturing projects from initiation to closeout. This early‑career position lets you develop project management expertise while contributing to operational excellence and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects through the full lifecycle, from order handover to final delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Track progress against milestones, cost targets, and quality standards, and report status to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and issues, create mitigation plans, and ensure timely escalation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates and resolving issues.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or distribution operations.
• Working toward or already holding PMP certification.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of project management principles, tools, and methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.
• Experience with ERP systems in a project or manufacturing environment.
