Junior Project Manager – Digital Health Drug Repository

About the role

The role supports the expansion of Ontario’s Digital Health Drug Repository (DHDR) by onboarding clinical sites and ensuring successful deployment of new dispensed medication data elements. The Junior Project Manager will work closely with healthcare providers, pharmacy management systems and internal teams to improve medication safety and care transitions.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard clinical sites to the DHDR, managing issues, risks and change requests.
• Coordinate site contracts, virtual training, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain go‑live schedules for each clinical site.
• Track project risks, issues and service management documentation.
• Provide warranty support, deployment reporting and tracking.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of project management experience on electronic health‑related projects.
• 2‑4 years experience with healthcare information systems, pharmacy or hospital information systems.
• At least 2 years of experience managing project communications and stakeholder engagement.
• 3 years of document management experience with version control and standards.
• Undergraduate degree in Health, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.

What we offer

• Fixed‑term contract from July 6 2026 to March 31 2027.
• Hourly rate $65–$75 (CAD) based on experience.
