Junior Paralegal – Corporate Services Support

About the role

Join Pomerleau’s Corporate Services team as a Junior Paralegal and help maintain the accuracy and compliance of corporate records across our nationwide construction portfolio. You will work closely with senior paralegals, lawyers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely filing and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file annual corporate filings at provincial and federal levels.
• Update information in government registries and review annual reports for out‑of‑province entities.
• Draft or assist in drafting incorporation documents, amendments, mergers, dissolutions, and other corporate paperwork.
• Maintain minute books and corporate organizational charts using the company’s corporate platform.
• Manage licensing updates for RBQ, AMP, and other regulatory bodies.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to track signing authorities and employee share‑ownership program details.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in corporate or legal administrative support.
• Strong knowledge of government registries and corporate filing requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple files simultaneously.
• Independent judgment, high accuracy, and professional autonomy.
