Junior–Intermediate Full Stack Software Engineer

About the role

Qualifacts is seeking a Junior‑Intermediate Full Stack Software Engineer to join its iQ AI team. You will help design, build, and scale modern web applications and AI‑driven products that integrate with the company’s core EHR platform, supporting clinicians, administrators, and patients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack features for AI‑powered healthcare applications.
• Create modern frontend interfaces using React or Next.js.
• Build and maintain backend services and APIs with Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.
• Integrate AI and data‑driven functionality into product workflows.
• Deploy and scale applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code.
• Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and security.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience building full‑stack web applications.
• Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React preferred).
• Experience building REST APIs or backend services.
• Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).
• Understanding of software engineering fundamentals, version control (Git), and testing practices.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
