Junior Graphic Designer – Remote (Ontario)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our team as an ePrint Specialist. This fully remote position is based in Canada (Ontario preferred) and operates on EST hours. The role is initially a 6‑month fixed‑term contract with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret client visual needs and transform them into polished design assets.
• Create, update, and maintain digital storefronts and custom sites.
• Collaborate with the PAS team to gather assets, confirm functionality, and build new products.
• Produce sales and marketing collateral such as flyers, e‑books, social media posts, presentations, swag, event branding, newsletters, and informational graphics.
• Support print production, pre‑press file preparation, and ensure typographic quality.

Required profile

• Portfolio showcasing website or PDF design projects.
• At least three years of experience with digital storefronts.
• Relevant post‑secondary education or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Microsoft Office
• JavaScript and HTML coding
• FusionPro / Webprint software
• Salesforce and AS400 integration experience
