Junior Client Relations & Social Media Coordinator

About the role

Condor Security is seeking an ambitious Junior Client Relations & Social Media Coordinator to support its Business Development and Marketing teams. This entry‑level position offers the chance to build client relationships, generate new business opportunities, and boost the company’s online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients, including follow‑up calls and satisfaction check‑ins.
• Support proposal preparation, contract documentation, and client appreciation initiatives.
• Research prospective clients, help identify new business opportunities, and contribute to outbound email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Create, schedule, and monitor social‑media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms.
• Capture photos and videos at company events and community initiatives.
• Assist with blog posts, newsletters, marketing campaigns, and website content updates.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, marketing calendars, and promotional materials.
• Support event planning and coordinate branded items.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and a professional, confident demeanor.
• Curious, creative, detail‑oriented, self‑motivated and dependable.
• Comfortable working independently and interacting with clients.

Required skills

• Experience with Canva or Adobe Express.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
• Photography or video‑editing experience (asset).
