Junior Account Manager – Surgical Sales (Canada)

About the role

Alcon Canada’s Eastern Surgical team is seeking a Junior Account Manager on a one‑year fixed‑term contract. The role supports the Montreal region and South Shore, helping to grow the adoption of Alcon’s surgical eye‑care products while learning the business under the guidance of a Field Sales Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in achieving sales quotas for intraocular lenses, specialty lenses, equipment and handpieces.
• Support training and education of surgeons and OR nursing staff to enhance product knowledge.
• Help coordinate tender and RFP processes, preparing materials and providing local insights.
• Track contract obligations, product utilization and invoicing in collaboration with internal partners.
• Resolve product‑related issues for hospitals and customers, and participate in regular business reviews.

Required profile

• Junior‑level sales professional interested in surgical eye‑care products.
• Residence in Montreal or the South Shore preferred.
• Willingness to work remotely while supporting the assigned territory.
• Ability to follow guidance from the Field Sales Manager and senior team members.
