Junior Account Executive – North America

About the role

As a Junior Account Executive for the North American market, you will support Naboo’s expansion across the US and Canada by turning qualified inbound leads into satisfied customers. You will work closely with clients to plan seminars, retreats, and workshops using the Naboo platform and our curated venue collection.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify and manage warm leads generated by marketing and SDR teams.
• Present tailored event solutions, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key accounts.
• Provide feedback to improve internal processes and product features.
• Participate in strategy sessions that shape Naboo’s roadmap.
• Mentor and onboard new team members as the sales team grows.

Required profile

• Experience as an SDR or Account Executive, preferably in a startup or scale‑up environment.
• Native English speaker with strong communication skills.
• Goal‑oriented mindset and a passion for closing deals.
• French language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
