Jobsite Superintendent – Luxury Home Builder

About the role

HC Habitation, a premium custom home builder, is looking for an experienced Jobsite Superintendent to lead the construction of high‑end residential homes across the Greater Montreal Area. The role is hands‑on, leadership‑focused, and essential to delivering luxury homes that meet the company’s exacting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review plans and specifications to fully understand project scope and define critical milestones.
• Prepare sites for efficient execution through proactive planning and communication.
• Identify potential risks early and develop proactive solutions.
• Collaborate with the Project Coordinator to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise trade partners, ensuring clear understanding of their scope of work.
• Monitor construction quality, enforce high standards, and maintain accurate site documentation.
• Provide professional after‑sales support, handling warranty calls and resolving deficiencies promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of residential construction experience, preferably in luxury home building.
• Proven ability to oversee all phases of residential construction, including occasional hands‑on tasks.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on proactive problem‑solving.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead diverse trade teams.
