About the role
We are looking for an IT Technician to provide on‑site hardware and network support on a ticket‑based, on‑demand basis. The role is covered by a 12‑month contract and offers a steady flow of assignments, typically 15–20 tickets per month at a single location.
Key responsibilities
- Swap and configure hardware such as monitors, laptops, and cell phones.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
- Move or relocate wireless access points as required.
- Diagnose and resolve printer problems.
- Provide general desk‑side support and investigate user issues.
