IT Support Technician

About the role

The IT Support team at Opendoor provides technical assistance and office technology services to all employees. As an IT Support Technician you will be the primary on‑site technical partner for the Toronto office, handling device setup, troubleshooting, and audio‑visual support while delivering a customer‑focused experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on support for Mac and Windows laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals such as monitors, docks, keyboards and headsets.
• Troubleshoot core tools including Okta, JAMF, Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft 365, VPN, printers and other business applications.
• Deliver in‑office network assistance and collaborate with IT Engineering on configuration and issue resolution.
• Manage the full ticket lifecycle in the ticketing system (triage, troubleshoot, escalation, closure) within SLA.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding by imaging, enrolling, and provisioning devices, verifying account access and handling device collection or reassignment.
• Set up and maintain conference‑room AV equipment for Zoom, Teams and Google Meet, and support onsite events and office moves.
• Enroll and manage devices through the organization’s endpoint management tooling.
