IT Support & System Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive IT Support & System Administrator to serve as the primary point of contact for our ERP platform while maintaining day‑to‑day retail and corporate IT operations. The role blends technical troubleshooting, hardware deployment, and on‑site store support, offering a varied environment for those who enjoy both problem‑solving and helping end users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for on‑premise and remote users of the ERP system, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Assist with ERP configuration, customization, and performance monitoring.
• Create and deliver user guides and training sessions for new hires.
• Deploy and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, POS hardware, and handheld devices across corporate offices and retail locations.
• Visit retail stores periodically to perform desktop maintenance and resolve network or POS issues.
• Manage Active Directory accounts for onboarding/off‑boarding and improve AD configurations.
• Maintain the Microsoft 365 cloud environment and collaborate on server, network, and firewall replacements.
• Document processes, improve IP management tools, and support other IT‑related tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of customer‑facing IT support or help‑desk experience.
• Strong curiosity and passion for troubleshooting complex technical problems.
• Self‑starter with the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to participate in an on‑call rotation after training.
