IT Support Specialist (Hotel IT)

About the role

Join the IT team of a renowned Relais & Châteaux resort and provide day‑to‑day technical support to staff and guests. This full‑time position offers the chance to work in a beautiful coastal setting while ensuring the resort’s technology runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely technical assistance for hardware, software, network and other IT systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to minimise operational disruption.
• Assist with maintenance, updates and preventive checks of computers, servers and network equipment.
• Support staff in setting up and using IT equipment and applications.
• Provide training on secure and efficient use of IT resources.
• Log, track and manage incidents via the resort’s help‑desk system.
• Escalate complex problems to the IT Manager or external providers.
• Help manage IT inventory, licences and equipment records.
• Contribute to the development of IT standards, procedures and user guides.
