IT Specialist – System Administration & Customer Support

About the role

We are looking for an IT Specialist who will combine system administration expertise with customer support responsibilities. Reporting to the Commanding Officer of FLTREADCEN EAST, you will help ensure the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of our IT operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, evaluate, and improve IT processes and procedures.
• Conduct periodic inventory inspections to verify documentation, location, and condition of assets.
• Communicate assignments, milestones, and deadlines to management in written or verbal form.
• Manage assigned IT projects, providing regular updates and staying within customer and management timeframes.
• Develop risk‑mitigation plans for changes to existing or new technology environments.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an IT specialist with system administration and customer support duties.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with management and stakeholders.
