About the role

Desjardins, Quebec’s largest private IT employer, is offering a range of IT internship positions for Fall 2026. Key responsibilities

• Participate in software development cycles, including design, coding, testing, and documentation.
• Execute quality‑assurance test scenarios, set up test environments, and report results.
• Support project delivery phases, coordinate tasks, and help meet deadlines.
• Assist Scrum teams with sprint planning, obstacle removal, and best‑practice adherence.
• Help the application delivery manager align work across teams and track progress.
• Monitor project performance indicators, update schedules, and ensure best‑practice compliance.
• Analyze business processes, conduct research, and draft initial tool outlines.
• Support functional analysts in defining specifications and maintaining solutions.
• Contribute to IT governance documentation and compliance monitoring.
• Assist system administrators with routine operational tasks.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a relevant university or college program (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business).
• Strong motivation to learn and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and meet project deadlines.
