Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one virtual tutoring sessions covering Verbal Reasoning, Quantitative Reasoning, Reading Comprehension, and Mathematics Achievement.
• Explain stanine scoring, percentile interpretation, and essay evaluation criteria.
• Teach advanced vocabulary, quantitative comparison, critical reading, multi‑step algebra, geometry proofs, data analysis, and timed essay writing.
• Adapt instruction using official ERB practice materials and progressive difficulty problem sets.
• Utilize the AI‑powered Tutor Copilot for real‑time instructional support and lesson generation.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of ISEE Upper Level content and common student challenges.
• Proven ability to teach strategic test‑taking and problem‑solving techniques.
• Strong communication skills with an engaging, friendly teaching style.
• Flexibility to tailor instruction to diverse learning styles and individual needs.
