Inventory Clerk – Warehouse & Purchasing

About the role

We are looking for an organized Inventory Clerk to join our manufacturing team. You will keep the shop and warehouse tidy, handle routine clerical tasks, and support the purchasing process.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a clean shop and warehouse environment.
• Process files, paperwork, and purchase orders.
• Verify stock availability, compile inventory reports, and conduct quality control.
• Pack items for shipping, place stock on shelves, and prepare requisition orders.
• Reconcile physical inventories with computer counts and record stock details.
• Unpack received goods and verify receipts and packing slips.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation (high school) certificate.
• 1‑2 years of experience in inventory or warehouse operations.
• Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced environment, standing for long periods and handling heavy loads.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to distinguish colours.
• Team player with reliability and versatility.
