Intermediate Software Engineer

About the role

Join the Framework team at Achievers, the engineering foundation that powers authentication, API gateways, caching, feature flags, and core libraries for all Go and Python services. As an Intermediate Software Engineer you will design and build secure, highly‑available systems that are used across the entire company.

Key responsibilities

• Write, review, and maintain production code in Python and Go.
• Develop and operate microservices, Kubernetes clusters, and Docker containers.
• Design system architecture and contribute to platform‑wide technical decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and senior engineers to align on priorities and requirements.
• Improve developer experience by building tooling, libraries, and CI/CD pipelines.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of professional experience in backend or full‑stack development.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and willingness to work with modern technologies.
• Ability to write complex, performant SQL queries without relying on ORMs.
• Good understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
