Intermediate & Senior Designer/Concept Artist (On‑Site)

About the role

As an Intermediate Designer/Concept Artist you will help shape the visual identity of animated series by creating characters, environments and visual development art. As a Senior Designer/Concept Artist you will lead the visual direction, mentor junior artists and push the aesthetic boundaries of the show.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with art and animation teams to support and realize the overall aesthetic vision.
• Design unique character concepts and detailed environment designs that match the narrative.
• Produce storyboards and visual development artwork to communicate narrative direction.
• Guide junior designers, provide feedback and ensure consistency across the series.
• Stay current with industry trends, new techniques and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Degree in Fine Arts, Animation or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Professional experience as a Designer/Concept Artist in animation.
• Strong understanding of art fundamentals such as anatomy, perspective and color theory.
• Ability to adapt to rapid changes and meet production deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Photoshop.
• Familiarity with Maya.
• Basic knowledge of Nuke.
• Basic knowledge of Premiere.
