Intermediate Full Stack Software Developer (Remote)

About the role

EScases Inc. is seeking an Intermediate Full Stack Software Developer to build scalable, user‑focused applications for its next‑generation case management and workforce platforms. The role is fully remote and involves working with the Microsoft technology stack to deliver impactful solutions for job seekers, employers, and service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React, C#/.NET, and MS SQL.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver high‑quality features.
• Integrate REST APIs and Microsoft Azure services.
• Write clean, maintainable code, participate in code reviews, and ensure code quality.
• Debug, optimize, and continuously improve application performance.
• Contribute to responsive and user‑friendly application design.

Required profile

• 2+ years of full‑stack development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and effective communication skills.
• Willingness to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
