Interior Designer Assistant

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Interior Designer Assistant to join our multidisciplinary team. The role is onsite, working directly in clients' homes in an urban setting, and offers hands‑on training for candidates eager to develop a career in interior design.

Key responsibilities

• Estimate project costs and prepare detailed specifications.
• Create interior spaces that reflect client needs, tastes, and safety requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schemas, and drawings.
• Advise clients on colour palettes, finishes, materials, lighting, furniture and ergonomic standards.
• Develop detailed plans, elevations, cross‑sections and 3‑D models using industry software.
• Supervise staff or team members as needed.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to distinguish colours.
• Comfortable with a mix of sitting, standing and walking in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
• Client‑focused, flexible, proactive and a good team player.
