We are seeking an Intake Worker to join our social services team in Windsor. The role focuses on evaluating the effectiveness of social programs and handling essential administrative duties. You will work closely with clients in the immigration sector, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate the effectiveness of social programs.
- Perform administrative tasks related to client intake and program support.
Required profile
- College diploma or equivalent (1‑2 year program) in a related field.
- 1‑2 years experience working in immigration or social services.
- Ability to pass a vulnerable sector check.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail while managing a large workload.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a client‑focused approach.
- Demonstrated dependability and reliability in team settings.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing client needs.
