Insurance Sales Agent – Customer Service

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Insurance Sales Agent to join our Edmonton office. You will work on‑site providing customer service while promoting a wide range of insurance products to both individual and business clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assess potential institutional, business or individual client markets.
• Calculate premiums and establish client insurance coverage.
• Set up payment methods and ensure all required forms, medical examinations and policy documents are completed.
• Monitor insurance claims and respond promptly to client enquiries.
• Provide detailed information on group and individual insurance packages, risk coverage, benefits and policy features.
• Sell automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft and other insurance types.

Required profile

• Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
• 1 to less than 2 years of experience in property/casualty, commercial, automobile, fire or personal insurance.
• Provincial or territorial insurance licence.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
