Insurance Broker – Personal Lines

About the role

Miller Insurance Brokers, a mid‑sized brokerage operating across Ontario, is looking for a full‑time Insurance Broker to join its Kincardine office. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail‑oriented and thrive in a collaborative environment, managing client relationships and policy changes for personal lines.

Key responsibilities

• Quote and drive new business following Miller Insurance’s new‑business procedures.
• Provide advice to clients on insurance products and coverages.
• Prepare and submit applications, ensuring timely follow‑up for quotations and policy issuance.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities and manage renewals to retain clients.
• Process policy changes, cancellations and claims assistance in line with company standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EPIC BMS system and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• RIBO licence or OTL is an asset.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Personal Lines Broker.
• Proven track record servicing an assigned book of business.
• Commitment to staying current on market developments and legislation.
