Insurance Broker – Personal Lines

About the role

Miller Insurance Brokers, a mid-sized brokerage operating across Ontario, is looking for a full-time Insurance Broker to join its Kincardine office. The successful candidate will manage personal-lines client relationships, process policy changes, and deliver service that reflects the company’s values of integrity, teamwork and client focus.

Key responsibilities

• Quote and drive new business following Miller Insurance’s new-business procedures.
• Provide advice on insurance products and coverages, and submit applications with timely follow‑up.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities and prepare professional client presentations and proposals.
• Process policy changes, cancellations, and renewals while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Assist clients with first reports of claims and follow up on claim status.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the BMS (EPIC) system and uphold procedural standards.

Required profile

• RIBO licence or OTL is an asset.
• Minimum one year of personal‑lines broker experience.
• Proven track record servicing an assigned book of business.
• Commitment to staying current on market trends and product knowledge.

Required skills

• BMS (EPIC) system proficiency.
• RIBO licence.
