Installation Manager & Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Installation Manager & Warehouse Supervisor will lead residential installation projects across the Kootenay Region while overseeing warehouse operations, service work and quality assurance to ensure an exceptional homeowner experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee residential installation projects across the Kootenay Region, conduct site visits and ensure safety, quality and schedule compliance.
• Perform technical measurements and site assessments to verify specifications and prepare installations.
• Manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, inspecting, staging materials and maintaining accurate inventory.
• Coordinate service work, address homeowner concerns, troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct detailed project inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and safety requirements.

Required profile

• Experience in residential construction, carpentry, glazing or a related field.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects, job sites or teams.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence and ability to lift 50 lb or more.
• Strong understanding of construction practices and job‑site safety.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
• Computer and technology proficiency.
• Clear criminal record check.

• Competitive salary of $70,000 annually.
• Performance bonus up to 15 % of salary after probation.
• Monday‑Friday schedule (8:00 AM‑4:30 PM) with weekly pay.
