Installation Coordinator

About the role

The Installation Coordinator oversees and coordinates all signage installation activities across Canada and the United States. Acting as the central liaison between internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and installation crews, the role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee multiple signage installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Review site check information for accuracy before release to internal teams and update ERP systems with progress notes and key dates.
• Source, onboard, and develop contractor partners; negotiate pricing and prepare complete installation packages including purchase orders and work orders.
• Assess site plans, elevation drawings, and reports for potential issues; provide technical guidance to field crews.
• Coordinate concrete base installations, secure permits, and ensure client approval before mobilizing subcontractors.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Sales, Production, Design, and Logistics to align schedules and share feedback.
• Ensure subcontractors comply with health and safety programs, PPE standards, and maintain equipment maintenance logs.

Required profile

• Experience coordinating signage or similar installation projects.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and vendors across regions.
• Familiarity with ERP systems for tracking project progress and documentation.
