Inside Sales Representative – Full-Time

About the role

The Inside Sales Representative will support branch operations by delivering high‑quality customer service, handling warehouse tasks, and assisting with sales activities. This entry‑level position offers on‑the‑job training and the opportunity to grow into greater sales responsibilities within a national security‑hardware distributor.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in person, by phone, and electronically, ensuring excellent service.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
• Identify sales opportunities within the assigned territory and support branch initiatives.
• Maintain and expand the existing customer base and sales volumes.
• Execute daily branch functions related to sales, administration, and operations.
• Collaborate with branch personnel to foster a team‑oriented, customer‑focused environment.
• Support continuous improvement of product knowledge and internal processes.
• Proactively add new accounts to the customer base.
• Perform general branch support duties, including order picking, stocking, and inventory organization.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of customer service and/or sales experience (considered an asset).
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Self‑motivated with a drive for success and professional growth.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
