Inside Sales Rep / Parts Advisor

About the role

Multi-Power Products Ltd. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative / Parts Advisor to join its sales team in Kelowna. You will be the primary point of contact for customers needing drilling equipment parts, providing accurate quotes, technical support, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to part inquiries via phone, email, or walk‑in, providing pricing, availability, and technical specifications.
• Prepare accurate quotations for drilling equipment parts and hydraulic components.
• Process customer orders, verify details, and coordinate with staging for order fulfillment.
• Develop deep product knowledge of Multi‑Power’s inventory, including compatibility and applications.
• Offer technical assistance, part identification, and troubleshooting to customers.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and follow‑up.
• Identify upselling opportunities for related parts or accessories.
• Document interactions, orders, and inquiries accurately.
• Handle complaints professionally, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Work toward meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.

Required profile

• Ambitious with a desire to improve sales goals and efficiencies.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and self‑motivation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team.
• High school graduate (Grade 12); post‑secondary training is a plus.
• Previous sales experience; drill‑parts sales or mechanical inclination are assets.
