Influencer Project Manager

About the role

As an Influencer Project Manager at Kensington Grey, you will lead the execution of influencer and brand marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and on brand. You will collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, creators and brand partners in a fast‑paced, flexible environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of influencer and brand marketing campaigns, from kickoff through reporting.
• Act as liaison between internal teams, creators, and external agencies to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, contracts, creative briefs and approvals.
• Track performance, compile reports tied to KPIs and business objectives.
• Support influencer sourcing and outreach for brand partnerships.
• Coordinate content submissions, posting schedules and revisions with creators and clients.
• Guide influencer brand development strategies and provide trend‑based recommendations.
• Maintain strong relationships with brand partners to encourage repeat business.
• Oversee Talent Success Specialists working with a defined roster of talent.

Required profile

• 4‑5+ years of experience in project management, influencer marketing or brand partnerships.
• Experience leading at least two direct reports with mentorship responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems and major social platforms.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; client‑facing experience a plus.
• Strategic, proactive and solution‑oriented mindset.
