Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

As an Influencer Marketing Manager you will define, develop and execute influencer strategies for Danone Canada’s priority brands. You will own programs from planning through measurement, ensuring they are authentic, compliant and drive performance while strengthening brand relevance in culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and annual plans.
• Identify emerging creator trends, white‑space opportunities and platform innovations.
• Source, evaluate and onboard creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging channels, building long‑term partnerships.
• Lead end‑to‑end campaign execution: briefing, contracting, content development, approvals, posting and optimisation.
• Manage timelines, deliverables and budgets with rigor.
• Collaborate with Brand, Media, Corporate Affairs, Regulatory, Legal and agency teams to ensure creative excellence and brand consistency.
• Ensure all influencer content complies with brand guidelines, legal requirements and disclosure standards.
• Define KPIs, analyse performance and deliver actionable post‑campaign reports to continuously optimise creator mix and content formats.
