Industrial Plant Cleaner

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Industrial Plant Cleaner to maintain a safe and tidy environment within our factory or industrial facility. The role involves daily cleaning tasks, waste removal, and basic maintenance of interior spaces, all performed on‑site with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs.
• Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse.
• Empty trash cans and other waste containers.
• Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures.
• Clear snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.

Required profile

• Physical ability to perform repetitive, demanding tasks such as bending, crouching, kneeling and lifting up to 23 kg (50 lb).
• Dependable, flexible and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Initiative, good judgement and organized work habits.
