Industrial Maintenance Handyman

About the role

Berger is seeking a motivated Handyman specialized in industrial maintenance to keep its Oakbank facility running smoothly. You will be responsible for ensuring production equipment operates reliably and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Identify maintenance needs of production equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on production‑line machinery.
• Repair mechanical breakdowns and improve equipment efficiency.
• Install new machinery when required.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in industrial equipment repair.
• Hands‑on knowledge of production‑line equipment, especially hydraulic systems.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Self‑starter who can plan and execute maintenance schedules.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Post‑secondary training in a related field is an asset.
