Identity and Access Management (IAM) Consultant

About the role

Join a dynamic team as an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Consultant, where you will design, implement, and maintain secure IAM solutions for a variety of clients. You will work closely with customers to translate business requirements into robust identity and access strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand security needs and assess existing IAM processes.
• Develop tailored IAM architectures, including provisioning, authentication, authorization, and single sign‑on.
• Lead implementation and integration of IAM solutions with existing applications and systems.
• Configure and customize IAM tools to meet client specifications.
• Define and enforce access control policies in line with regulations and standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and stay current on emerging cybersecurity threats.
• Provide training, support, and troubleshooting for end‑users and administrators.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IAM Consultant or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and IAM best practices.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM or IAM‑specific credentials are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual capability and ability to obtain a reliability clearance.
