Hydraulic Driller

About the role

Emil Anderson Construction is seeking a Hydraulic Driller to support civil construction projects across the Okanagan region. You will operate specialized drilling equipment for foundations, utilities, and other critical infrastructure, working hands‑on with a skilled crew in outdoor environments.

Key responsibilities

• Safely operate hydraulic drilling equipment in compliance with company and WorkSafeBC standards.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and crews to achieve production goals.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on site.

Required profile

• Operational experience with hydraulic drills, including Tamrock 800, Ranger 700, and Traxxon/Montabert hoe‑mounted drills.
• Ability to lay out drill patterns and work independently with precision.
• Experience in heavy civil construction; drilling around houses and urban settings is an asset.
• Valid Canadian driver’s licence with a clean abstract.
