HR Generalist (12-Month Contract, Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an execution‑focused HR Generalist to join our team in Mississauga on a 12‑month hybrid contract. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will partner with leaders across Mississauga and Montreal to drive talent acquisition and support the full employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for multiple roles, from job posting to offer preparation, using Workday.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, draft postings, and coordinate interview processes.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Maintain accurate employee records and respond to day‑to‑day HR inquiries.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, Ontario employment legislation, and employee‑relations matters.
• Contribute to HR programs such as learning & development, diversity & inclusion, and employee engagement.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the employee experience.

Required profile

• 3+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment.
• Proven ability to manage full‑cycle recruitment in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of Ontario employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
