About the role
The Housekeeping Supervisor will lead a team of cleaners to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety across our facilities. This permanent, full‑time position is based in Bienfait, SK and offers the opportunity to coordinate daily cleaning operations.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and co‑ordinate activities of workers.
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs.
- Assist cleaners in performing duties.
- Co‑ordinate work activities with other departments.
- Establish work schedules.
Required profile
- Dependability, flexibility, initiative and reliability.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
- 1 to less than 2 years of experience supervising housekeeping staff.
