About the role
We are looking for a Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations at the Northern Star Hotel & Convention Center in Slave Lake, Alberta. The role involves leading staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and managing financial performance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations.
- Supervise hotel staff and establish work schedules.
- Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
- Enforce policies and address customer complaints or concerns.
Required profile
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 to less than 3 years of relevant experience.
- Employment terms to be determined.
