About the role

We are looking for a qualified Hot Water Heater Installation Contractor to join our team in Calgary. The role involves supervising installation projects, coordinating schedules, and ensuring high‑quality workmanship on heating systems. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with safety standards and deliver projects on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise workers and manage installation projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate and schedule activities, including training and equipment setup.
• Estimate project costs and material requirements.
• Requisition and order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Repair and replace components of refrigeration, air‑conditioning, ventilation, and heat‑pump systems as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in heating, ventilation, or related mechanical installations.
• Reliability and ability to work under pressure.
• Team‑player attitude with strong supervisory skills.
• Willingness to relocate; relocation costs covered.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Required skills

• Repair and replacement of refrigeration, air‑conditioning, ventilation, and heat‑pump components.
• Setup and commissioning of machines and installation equipment.
• Cost estimation for projects and material ordering.
• Material requisition and inventory management.
